I'm so sorry this will take a bit longer, i've been sick the whole week and that offcourse resulted in an overflow of work here on my desk.

I promise to get this done as sooooon as possible. but its not very easy, as there are so nice pieces, and original.

so tomorrow, or the day after that

I'm challenging you!

To make a skin manipulation. The end date is 05/10/2008 so that is the fifth oktober.

You can take any stockmodel you like, portrait or full body. Altho i recommend using a portrait cause its easier.

Just add texture, or multiple textures to the skin to get a stunning result. Or do something different, as long as it has to do with the skin. The rest of the manipulation is up to you

I hope you all enjoy yourselves and who knows, maybe learn something new

Do not just change the skincolour, that does not count.

How To?

In the end, i don't care how you did it, just that you did it

But if youre curious and have no idea how to start, here's my way:

First off, you need a map, you make a map by turning the original image grey, blurry (2px gaussian blur), and darker. Save that under "map" or something.
Go to your image youre going to work on, select all skin and save that selection.

Apply texture over the whole image, apply dislacement filter, load selection and remove all texture not needed. Adjust where needed with the smudgebrush. Play around with the blending modes.

Apply as many textures as you want
